Hey everyone,

A lot's been happening this week, so here's my recap of what I've been up to.

I've been using Grok Bot more and building out automations for my business.

If you haven't used it yet, Grok Bot lets you create a team of AI bots that can use your connected tools, run routines on a schedule, and work on their own cloud computers.

You basically tell a bot what you want automated and it can set up the routine for you. I like it especially for tasks I need to run in the cloud.

I found a bunch of useful features and hacks this week and recorded a video with all of them.

(My YouTube channel has also started gaining a lot more momentum lately, which I'm very happy about.)

I'm barely using Claude Code anymore.

There are a few reasons. The ChatGPT desktop app feels smoother, I prefer the ChatGPT models right now, and its computer and browser use work much better for me.

I've also found the Claude models, especially Opus 5, much harder to read and interact with lately. The answers are often full of jargon, and I've seen quite a few people say the same thing. You end up spending too much time working out what the model is actually trying to say.

And so... drumroll... I've started creating a new course on ChatGPT Work and Codex (they're basically the same thing)!

I think it'll be useful because I expect quite a few people to move back to ChatGPT Work over the next few months. A lot carries over from Claude Code and Cowork, but ChatGPT implements the features in its own way, so you need to adjust how you use them. (And a lot of people don't even know that the ChatGPT Work app exists.)

I've finished the first outline and I'll publish the course bit by bit over the next week inside my Skool community. Once you understand how all the pieces fit together, you can definitely get a lot more out of it. Whether it's helping you save time, work faster, or making more money.

I've also spent quite a lot of time testing video editing with the new GPT Astra model.

Video editing has always been one of those jobs AI models were not good enough yet to help with. Astra has made a lot of progress here. It's still not 100% there, but this is the first time I've been able to make useful edits to the point that I don't need to hire a video editor anymore.

I'm recording a full video about what worked, what failed, and the setup I used. That should be out soon on my YouTube channel.

My son learned how to ride his bike this week!

He's completely OBSESSED with it now, and it's very cute to watch. It has also been selfishly good for my step count because I've spent most of the week running behind him.
