I've worked with dozens of businesses this year, building AI systems and implementing AI into how they work.

If you didn't know, this business model is called an AI Automation Agency.

Classically, an AI automation agency goes into a business, finds where money or time can be saved, and builds an AI automation that solves that specific problem.

For context, the way it works is I start with an audit. The first two sessions, I dive deep into their workflows and processes and map out exactly how the business runs.

Then I do a session I call solution design, where I present the solutions I can build for them.

The trend I've noticed

Here’s the thing. What I keep noticing, as I do these solution designs, is that for most businesses I end up recommending the same thing over and over as the quickest win.

And it's this: just train their employees to use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, or even ChatGPT Work (they're basically all the same).

Because once you know how to use these tools effectively, you can build out these automation systems yourself. You don't need an expert to do it for you.

On top of that, you know your own business a lot better than any expert who comes in. So you're actually in a much better position to spot and build these systems than they are.

Now, I don't think the need for an automation agency disappears completely. There are still things an expert can help with, even after you've learned to use these tools yourself.

But it definitely changes the approach.

And it's one of the reasons I'm launching the AI OS cohort.

Knowing how to use these tools effectively and setting it up the right way, is the foundation I recommend to EVERY business, in ANY industry.

It's the single lowest-hanging fruit you can pick right now.

And that's exactly what the AI OS cohort is about.

Six sessions over two weeks, starting end of August. You build your own AI operating system on your own machine while I'm in the room to unblock you when something breaks.

Nothing pre-recorded. You build during the sessions.

It's a small room and I'm capping it, so I can actually get to everyone.

If you're on the waitlist, you get early access and the cheapest price it will ever be.
