Hey everyone,
What week!
It’s one of those weeks that remind me of the early days of ChatGPT.
Let me back up…
I spent the first part of this week working on my new ChatGPT Work and Codex automation course which I had talked about last week. But then Jev came out on Wednesday… and that totally messed up my plan 😄
Of course I had to dive in and spent the next 2 days experimenting.
So here are the highlights of what I’ve been up to:
1. Made a full Jev video tutorial
After experimenting with Jev for a day, I recorded a video on what Jev is, how you can build with it, and what kinds of applications it can unlock.
If this is the first time you’re hearing about Jev, I'd recommend just watching the video and you'll be all caught up.
2. Built a browser I can control with my voice
One of my cooler experiments with Jev, was this:
I used Jev to build a voice-controlled browser… yeah. Here's the clip on X.
Absolutely surreal when I tried it out and it worked. It wasn't even like I spent hours building this. It was more or less a one-shot prompt with Fable 5.1. Using Jeff under the hood made this blazing fast. I just talked, and the browser took actions for me in real time 🤯
Also, that post has passed 150k impressions as I'm writing this, my most viral one in a while. Pretty happy about that. Turns out sharing the weird experiments while they're fresh does pay off.
3. My YouTube upload skill, for free
What's a weekly recap email without giving away at least one valuable thing for free?
I thought this week I'll give you one of my most valuable Codex/Claude skills. Anyone that creates YouTube content (or wants to) might find it valuable too.
I use this one twice every week. It:
transcribes the full video you point it to
writes a description and automatically timestamps chapters
then uploads everything to YouTube as a draft with the title and thumbnail so I can check it before posting
It probably saves me an hour a week. If you make videos, it might save you the same.
Get the free skill here (along with all of my other free resources).
Btw, you can get ALL my other business’s skills inside the Prompt Warrior community too, including my thumbnail generator, sales proposal generator, shortform video poster and many more.
Personal updates
I’ve been building a couple of awesome habits lately and am feeling great about them, so I thought I’d share:
Journaling at least twice a week - It’s always been an on and off thing for me, but recently I stumbled on my old journal entries and man is it amazing to read them. So I decided to commit to journaling more again, for future me.
Calling my parents daily - My parents are in Taiwan right now, so the time zone difference can make it difficult to keep in touch, but I made it a priority.
Workout 6 times a week - I now do home workouts in the evening when my kid is asleep, the only time I can find.
Committing to daily content - content is all about momentum, so just show up every day and good things will happen.
Highly recommend to try all of these. Lmk if you do.
Have a great weekend!
Moritz
