For the longest time I thought I just needed to use more AI in my content to solve my problems.

But every time I leaned on it, the stuff that came out didn't quite work. it read like slop, the kind you can smell in a second. so I'd delete it and swing back to doing it all by hand.

and then doing it all by hand burned me out. i wrote every post myself, came up with new ideas constantly, and watched content quietly eat half my week.

so I kept bouncing between the two. more AI and the content was shit. no AI and I drowned in the work. for a while I figured those were just the only two options.

too much AI burns the trust you're building. too little AI burns your time.

both of them quietly cost you, until I finally worked out the right way to do it…

Here's what I figured out after three years of testing this. The question was never how much AI to use. It's how exactly to use it. (And frankly a big shift also happened because the tooling and models have gotten a lot better in the last 6 months).

So I built a whole new system around that one idea.

The Content Multiplier system

Here’s how it works

There's one central piece of content I make entirely myself. For me that's a YouTube video. That's where my actual thinking goes, the original ideas, the opinions, the stuff only I can say. Is use maybe 20% AI there, mostly for accompanying assets or ideation.

Then that one piece becomes the raw material for everything else. The AI takes it and fans it out. shortform videos, newsletter, posts for Twitter etc. That side is more like 90% AI, because it's repackaging things I already said, not inventing them.

And even on that 90% side, I keep the last 10% for myself. a quick pass to make sure it sounds like me and not like a machine. that final touch can be the whole difference between content and slop.

So the heavy thinking stays human. the heavy lifting goes to AI. you put the AI where it multiplies you, and keep it away from the part that is you.

If you want to see the actual system, every skill and how the pieces connect, I broke the whole thing down in this video here.

Cheers,
