Here's what the AI OS is
It's an AI operating system for your business, built on Claude (but you can run it on any other harness too). For the last six months, it's run my entire business. It does about 90% of the work, and I just supervise the output.
It lets me run a company without a big team, and it's given me a 10x productivity boost. And the gap only widens every month between the people running something like this and the people still doing that work by hand.
