Big news: I'm running my first live cohort at the end of August. And I'd like your take on it before I lock it in.
Here's how I got here.
For about 6 months now I've run my whole business on one system. It knows everything about me, connects to all my tools, and does 90% of the work. I just supervise the output now.
It allows me to run a company without a big team and gives me a 10-20x productivity boost on my work. And the gap widens every month between people running something like this and people still doing that work by hand.
Most of this year I've therefore been inside other people's businesses, installing this AI operating systems into theirs. Agencies, coaches, consultants, a few bigger operations.
And the results have been great:
Stefan runs a coaching business. After implementing my system, he went from $200k to $300k a month, with the same team.
Ilias has a marketing agency and did the same. He got about 20 hours a week back and can now scale his business to $100k/mo with a small team.
And Kevin, who runs an agency and an ecom brand was paying €3,000 to get a video ad made. He makes them for €30 now.
So it works. Really well.
But what I realized is doing it this way is slow. It's months per business, one at a time. Which means only a handful of people a year ever get this thing.
That's been bugging me. Because I genuinely want to get this into more people’s hands so more can benefit from it.
So I've been thinking about what’s the best way to hand it to more people at once.
