this morning I opened my laptop and a coaching report on yesterday's sales call was already sitting there waiting for me.

While I was still asleep, it had pulled the call recordings from Fathom (my call recording tool), read the whole transcripts, and run it through a few Alex Hormozi sales frameworks I'd handed it. Then it wrote me a proper coaching doc. a scorecard on how I did, what I handled well, the moments where I left money on the table. it dropped the whole thing into Notion and left a note in my telegram to say it was ready.

I didn't open Fathom. Never read the transcript myself. Didn't even log into Notion once.

honestly, i’ve gotten used to it now, but sometimes it still feels abit unreal to me.

the fact that my AI can now use all of these other tools on my behalf is just crazy.

The 3 eras of AI

We're moving through three eras of using AI, and most people are still stuck in the first one.

The first era is questions and answers. You open ChatGPT, ask it something, it answers. Genuinely useful, but its basically a smarter google. You still go and do all the real work yourself afterward.

The second era is the one i just described. Your AI is plugged into your actual tools and it goes and does the work for you. You hand it a task and it reaches across your calendar, your CRM, your inbox, wherever it needs to go, and gets it done without you opening any of them.

This is where I spend my days now. And it's a genuinely different feeling to run a business this way.

The third era is the one that's coming, and it's coming fast. That's where you give it a high level goal and let it run. You tell it what you want by the end of the month, it figures out the steps on its own, and only comes back to you when it actually needs a decision. Much less hand holding will be required, as it still is now.

We can sometimes see some glimpses of this future, but it isn’t quite here yet.

But every few months you can feel it getting closer.

here's the part i'd gently nudge you on though.

If you're still only asking AI questions and copy pasting your answer around, take some time this weekend to try out the new approach. You can watch this video here, to see how to best set up your system to do that.

I can promise you that once you experience that second era, even on something as small as a morning coaching report, it gets really hard to go back.

Wish me luck, I'm facing this forecast this week without an air conditioning at home...

P.S. Want help implementing an AI content system into your business, the same system that I used to grow to 200k+ followers? Then book a call with me here.
