Hey there,

This is my weekly recap, where I share what I've been working on in AI and behind the scenes of my business.

1. Turned Notion into a second brain for my agents

Notion launched something this week that I found interesting and think solves a problem lots of people have.

You can now give your agents one shared brain in Notion. ChatGPT, Claude, Muse, and Bot can save what they learn to the same memory and use the same skills.

I tested it out by:

  • setting up Notion memory

  • setting up Notion skills

  • creating a two-way sync for local and cloud

I moved my existing second brain into it and tried it across Claude Code, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, and Grok Bot.

Full breakdown here:

Attio is the #1 fastest-growing CRM on Brex and Ramp

Built for the most ambitious companies in GTM, Attio is an end to end revenue platform that allows teams to run multiple plays across different revenue motions and lifecycles.

Teams at the frontier are already building on it: Granola, turbopuffer, Modal, and many many more.

2. AI can now improve itself

This one is wild.

Researchers found that frontier LLMs can read and write neural network weights. In one experiment, a model surgically edited another model's weights to improve it, without retraining it.

To understand how crazy this is, imagine a doctor does surgery on your brain and just tweaks a couple of neurons to give you better abilities. This is basically what the AI did.

If this scales, this could really accelerate recursive self-improvement.

I made a full breakdown with an explanation for normies here:

Related: METR also just published a report from inside Anthropic. Since August they've had access to internal data to check whether AI is already speeding up AI development.

Their take:

  • Anthropic's models are improving on well-specified tasks at about 2x the rate they were from March 2024 to October 2025 (they say anywhere from 1.3x to 3x wouldn't surprise them)

  • Most of that speedup is likely coming from AI being used in AI research itself

  • They didn't find clear bottlenecks for the next 12 months, so it could get even faster

Superintelligence seems to be coming faster than anyone thinks. Get ready guys.

3. FrameJam works for presentations too

Quick FrameJam update. I originally built FrameJam for video editing.

But this week I realized it's also super useful for editing HTML presentations. I've been creating HTML presentations for my YouTube videos because they're a nice, quick way to show something visual on screen.

And with FrameJam, you add your feedback on the slides, then let your agent make all the changes at once.

Here’s an example:

Useful for all kinds of knowledge work where you need to create presentations.

4. One thing I've been thinking about

There's been a consensus for a while that running a SaaS business is getting pretty hard since the margins are gone.

People have been saying that AI-powered service businesses (such as agencies) are the future. But after seeing what's happened to video agencies in the last 2 months, I'm not so sure.

So many creators I know have either fired their video agency or decided against hiring one. Since Claude Opus 5.5 came out, AI can do it all for you now. Better, faster, cheaper.

And I think that's going to happen to most other agencies too. Why pay for an agency to run your Meta ads if AI can do it better? Why pay for someone to manage your influencer campaigns if Grok Bot can do it?

I think all the value will accrue to the AI labs in the short term, until new opportunities show up in the market.

Very weird times ahead.

I think the only thing you can rely on right now is to be as adaptable as possible.

If you want to figure out how to navigate all this with me and other builders, join us in the Prompt Warrior community.

Have a great weekend everyone!
